Barbershopper of the Year | Given annually, if there is a suitable candidate, to an individual member who makes truly outstanding contributions to the Ontario District, musically or administratively, at any level.To ensure that all possible candidates are considered for our District’s highest Award, we request that your chapter Board submit the name of one nominee for each year. This award can be won multiple times by one individual. | Nominate | Past Winners |
Barbershopper of Renown | Given annually to up to four individual members to recognize outstanding contributions at both the Chapter and District levels. The award takes into account Chapter, District, and International offices held, contributions to music education, music credits for chorus and quartet participation and leadershop, district and international contest participation, judging panel contributions, and honours and awards outside of the Society.Every District member, quartet, or chapter can nominate one or more individuals for this award. Coach of the Year | Given annually to an individual member of the Ontario District who has shown outstanding musical talent in coaching district quartets/choruses and who has done so in an unselfish and unassuming manner. Every District member, quartet, or chapter can suggest the name(s) of one or more individuals who have fulfilled the ideals that Larry Dale epitomized.
