Whiplash is a quartet from the Barrie area that enjoy the close harmonies found when singing in the ‘barbershop style’.
They are all members of the Barrie County Chordsmen barbershop chorus and loved singing together so much they decided to create a quartet in 2023. Just weeks after forming they competed in the Ontario District Barbershop Fall Convention and made the top 10. Six months later at the spring 2024 convention they were picked as the top seniors (55+) quartet in the province.
