In 1963 we hosted the international convention in Toronto. I don’t have a copy of the 1963 District Directory, but by 1964 I see we have a number of new chapters.
No longer listed are:

New Chapters listed are:

As of December 31, 1963 the Ontario District had 1,176 members divided into areas as follows.
Western Division.

The Society had a total of 689 chapters with 30,041 members. The district directories have pictures of many of the officers and it is interesting to put a face to a name that I have often heard.
The 1964 Ontario District Spring Convention was titled “Toronto the Good” and was held at the Royal York on May 1, 2, 3, 1964, sponsored by the Toronto Chapter. The Fall Convention was to be held in North Bay with dates to be announced later.
Again. Bridgman’s Jewellery Ltd in Toronto was the authorized Canadian Distributor for Society jewellery, stationary supplies and records with gold plated cufflinks still only $5.00.
